Granola Honey Drops

Mix and stir together thoroughly the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add the soft butter, egg, honey and mashed banana. Beat together until thoroughly combined. Stir in the granola. Cover and chill the dough for 1 hour. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
