Katzen is a cookbook author and illustrator/designer, best known for her bestselling classic, the Moosewood Cookbook and The Enchanted Broccoli Forest. His other nine titles include a children's trilogy which The New York Times dubbed "the gold standard of children's cookbooks". Mollie has worked as a creative consultant for plant-based recipes and menus, including at Harvard University Food Services, where she has been a vegetarian culinary consultant since 2003.
