Is a chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. She began her career in 1998 as a cooking assistant at the Villa Eugénie of the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz. Andrée Rosier became in 2007 and only at the age of 28, the first woman to receive the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. In 2008, she founded her own restaurant Les Rosiers located in Biarritz, where she works with her husband Stéphane. She received her first Michelin star in 2009.
